Liz is an experienced, accredited therapist who helps couples strengthen their relationships and navigate challenges with care and understanding. With a background in psychotherapy, education, and clinical leadership, she offers support to help couples build healthier, more fulfilling connections. Liz offers a focused 10 hour programme which provides relational education and skill training within couples therapy. Eight sessions take place over four weeks creating the momentum to facilitate meaningful insight and behavoural change. These double sessions are bookended with an initial session and a follow up session.
