Patricia is an accredited psychotherapist and member of the IACP who works with adults experiencing a range of personal and relational challenges. Patricia believes that the therapeutic relationship is at the heart of successful therapy and is passionate about helping clients develop greater self-awareness, resilience, and confidence in navigating life's challenges.
Before training as a psychotherapist, Patricia worked in business and leadership roles across finance, operations, and human resources, bringing a broad understanding of workplace pressures and life transitions to her work.
