Laurence is an experienced, accredited therapist who provides a supportive space for couples to explore challenges and strengthen their connection. He believes no one should face difficulties alone and draws on his training in couples therapy, addiction, and family dynamics to help couples build healthier, more fulfilling relationships. Orla is an experienced therapist who works both with couples and individuals. She established a private practice in 2018, based in Co. Roscommon. Orla’s training is rooted in an integrative humanistic approach. At its heart, humanistic therapy honours the intrinsic value of each person, encouraging personal growth and self-awareness. Couples are invited to explore their relational patterns, how they address conflict, repair conversations, and attachment patterns that arise between them, in a space where all individuals are heard, understood, and each voice is respected.
