Louise Kervick is an accredited psychotherapist and member of the IACP with extensive experience supporting individuals, adolescents, couples, and families. She has a particular interest in family dynamics, adolescent mental health, couples counselling, and the impact of neurodiversity on relationships and everyday life.
Louise brings a warm, practical, and down-to-earth approach to therapy, creating a supportive space where clients can explore challenges, develop greater self-awareness, and move towards meaningful change. She believes that increased awareness can lead to deeper self-acceptance and personal transformation, empowering clients to navigate difficulties with greater confidence and understanding.
Her training includes a Professional Diploma in Counselling, an MSc in Adolescent Psychotherapy, and a Professional Certificate in Couples Counselling, alongside further training in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Body Psychotherapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
