As the approach is integrative, therapists trained in any of the couples therapy modalities will get benefit from the training and the ongoing webinars.
What are the cancellation terms?
Webinars are non refundable once they have been purchased
What if the webinar needs to be changed or cancelled by the Institute of Couples Therapy?
It is rare that webinars will not go ahead. However life and technical difficulties sometimes means that this may happen. If a webinar has to be cancelled you will be fully refunded. If a webinar has to be rescheduled you will have the option to either attend the rescheduled event or get a full refund which ever is your preference.
How do I get my CPD points?
Once you get the link to the recording you will have the option on the recording page to answer some questions on the webinar. Once you have done this you will be able to download your CPD cert from the site.
I want to ask a question about my work but I am worried about client confidentiality?
Client confidentiality is an absolute priority so for trainings and case presentations pseudonyms are to be used and any identifying information changed or not disclosed when presenting questions in the webinars.
