Stacie has over 20 years’ experience working therapeutically with adults across a range of mental health settings, including homelessness services, prisons and family support, addiction and recovery services, and grief and bereavement organisations. She supports adults and couples experiencing anxiety, low mood, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, and addiction-related concerns. When someone is ready, Stacie offers a safe and supportive space to begin the conversation.

Kate is an accredited couples therapist who works integratively and with a systemic lens to support couples and relationship systems. She offers a compassionate and collaborative approach, helping clients gently explore and shift patterns that may be contributing to conflict, disconnection, or stuckness. Her work is grounded in an awareness of cultural, intergenerational, and systemic influences. She aims to create a respectful, inclusive space where couples feel safe to explore their challenges with care and curiosity, to create lasting change in relationships. Kate is a neuro-affirmative therapist and has experience working with the challenges of neurodiversity in a relationship. 

Orla is an experienced therapist who works both with couples and individuals. She established a private practice in 2018, based in Co. Roscommon. Orla’s training is rooted in an integrative humanistic approach. At its heart, humanistic therapy honours the intrinsic value of each person, encouraging personal growth and self-awareness. Couples are invited to explore their relational patterns, how they address conflict, repair conversations, and attachment patterns that arise between them, in a space where all individuals are heard, understood, and each voice is respected.

Maria is a fully qualified integrative therapist working with individuals, couples, and adolescents. She believes all clients are unique in their own way and deserve more than a “one size fits all” approach. She understands the complexity of relationships and finds it a privilege to be trusted to enter into their private space. She offers a respectful non-judgemental approach in helping couples navigate their way through difficult times towards a healthier alternative.

Mary is a fully accredited therapist. Her approach to therapy is warm and friendly. Mary provides a confidential, supportive space for couples who are struggling, supporting them to explore their emotions, communicate effectively, and rebuild trust and intimacy. She believes that with support, the couple can understand unhelpful patterns in their relationship and work towards building a healthier relationship.
Mary values the uniqueness of each couple, and so her approach is client-focused. She has experience of working with clients affected by issues such as anxiety, addiction, low self-esteem, abuse, loss, and grief.
