Stacie has over 20 years’ experience working therapeutically with adults across a range of mental health settings, including homelessness services, prisons and family support, addiction and recovery services, and grief and bereavement organisations.
She holds an MSc in Pluralistic Counselling and Psychotherapy, a BSc in Social Psychology, a Professional Certificate in Couples Counselling, and a Diploma in Criminology. Stacie has also completed additional training in SMART Recovery, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Care, Dual Diagnosis, Mindfulness, ASIST, and Restorative Practices.
Her approach is pluralistic and trauma-informed, meaning therapy is tailored to each person’s individual needs. Drawing from a range of evidence-based approaches — including CBT, ACT, psychodynamic and person-centred therapy, and systemic work with couples — Stacie works with warmth, safety, and respect, at a pace that feels right for each client.
She supports adults and couples experiencing anxiety, low mood, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, and addiction-related concerns. When someone is ready, Stacie offers a safe and supportive space to begin the conversation.
