Mary is a fully accredited therapist. Her approach to therapy is warm and friendly. Mary provides a confidential, supportive space for couples who are struggling, supporting them to explore their emotions, communicate effectively, and rebuild trust and intimacy. She believes that with support, the couple can understand unhelpful patterns in their relationship and work towards building a healthier relationship.

Mary values the uniqueness of each couple, and so her approach is client-focused. She has experience of working with clients affected by issues such as anxiety, addiction, low self-esteem, abuse, loss, and grief.
Her qualifications are: BA (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy, Certificate in Couples Counselling, Diploma in Drugs Counselling Theory and Intervention Skills, Diploma in Applied Social Studies.
