Elizabeth is a fully accredited psychotherapist and supervisor (IAHIP) with in excess of 20 years of experience. She works with individuals, couples and groups in an integrative way. She sees clients both in person and online and is passionate about supporting and helping people as they try to navigate periods of distress caused by relationship issues or other life events.
Elizabeth has a particular interest in the dynamics of early attachment and how these patterns play out in adult life. She is deeply committed to ongoing training to keep abreast of and deepen her understanding of the latest psychotherapeutic advancements and developments in neurobiology.
As part of the therapeutic process, she concentrates on establishing a good working alliance with her clients, be they couples or individuals. so that they feel sufficiently safe to fully explore either the dynamics of their relationship or the issue that brought them to therapy.
