Patricia is an accredited psychotherapist and member of the IACP who works with adults experiencing a range of personal and relational challenges. She brings a warm, supportive, and collaborative approach to therapy, creating a space where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives and relationships.
Patricia holds a Master's degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy and has completed additional training in trauma-informed psychotherapy, addiction studies, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Her work is integrative in nature, drawing from person-centred, CBT, solution-focused, and trauma-informed approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.
She supports clients with issues including anxiety, depression, emotional distress, bereavement, relationship difficulties, work-related stress, and personal development. Patricia believes that the therapeutic relationship is at the heart of successful therapy and is passionate about helping clients develop greater self-awareness, resilience, and confidence in navigating life's challenges.
Before training as a psychotherapist, Patricia worked in business and leadership roles across finance, operations, and human resources, bringing a broad understanding of workplace pressures and life transitions to her work.
