Nicola works with individuals, couples, and multiple partnered people who may feel stuck in recurring relationship patterns, struggling with intimacy, communication, emotional overwhelm, or complex relationship dynamics such as ethical non-monogamy. Clients often come to therapy feeling disconnected, uncertain how to express their needs, or impacted by past experiences that continue to shape present relationships.
Through a collaborative and reflective approach, Nicola supports clients in developing greater self-awareness, emotional understanding, and more intentional ways of relating to themselves and others. While Gestalt psychotherapy forms the foundation of her work, she draws from a range of evidence-informed approaches to meet each client’s unique needs, with a particular interest in intimacy, attachment, trauma, identity, communication, and psychosexual wellbeing.
Nicola aims to provide a warm, grounded, and non-judgemental space where clients can explore sensitive or complex concerns at their own pace.
