Deirdre is a fully accredited psychotherapist with the Irish Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (IACP). Based in Ballincollig in Cork, she offers a confidential space to both individuals and couples. Deirdre believes that when properly supported, couples have the capacity to discuss and explore relational issues, thereby helping them identify, gain understanding and change ineffective patterns impacting their relationship.
