Carmel qualified with a BA hons in counselling,psychotherapy in 2013 and has been practising since. She furthered her training with a diploma in adolescent psychotherapy, a level 9 certificate in trauma informed care, a certificate in sandtray, another in mindfulness and more recently in couples therapy. She is only beginning her journey into couples therapy and is growing and evolving in the process. She is keenly interested in couples therapy and in growing her practice in this area.
