Ciara holds Master’s degrees in both Counselling & Psychotherapy and Applied Behaviour Analysis. Her integrative approach is tailored to each couple’s unique needs, drawing from CBT, CFT, and Person-Centred Therapy. Ciara is committed to helping couples deepen connection, express their needs, and build healthier patterns of relating.
