Training Details

At the moment there is an overwhelming demand for Couples Therapy and insufficient couples therapists to
meet that demand. This course aims to demystify couples therapy for psychotherapists and give a
comprehensive overview of how to work with couples as well as an insight into what that looks like in the therapy
room. After attending this workshop therapists will have a more intimate, practical knowledge of
couples therapy and how this differs from individual therapy. They will understand how the couples therapist works and what the goals of couples therapy are. They will have also self reflected and discussed what
personal challenges they may face in working with couples
After attending the workshop therapists will have a more intimate understanding of working
